Dimitar,
Even with a dynamic or static IP address, if these addresses are within a firewall or are NAT'ed, VPN probably will not work. The only other options are thus:
Mirror Maffia's setup on a box within the same firewalled area or Provide a dial out line to an ISP where you can go thru the Internet and attach to VPN Gateway

Can you do a dial up VPN solution (Road Warrior Style I believe)?

Probably it did not answer your question completely. You can have dynamic IP address. I am sure we will work out the rest with their admins tomorrow.

the thing is, a NATTED firewall screws up vpn if it translates the port
even if the port is open
