I did not miss your point.
The difference here is that Ruben is a co-founder of NY Fair Use. You are not a co founder of NYLXS. Ruben is starting his own venture after leaving NY Fair Use. You are doing nothing that I'm aware of other than refusing to transfer the nylxs.org domain to NYLXS.
The issue of NYLXS working with nyfairuse.org hasn't changed to my knowledge and if it does that will be a board/member decision. I'd like to remind you that nyfairuse.org has been basically funded by NYLXS dollars and it's nyfairuse.org that stands to loose it's major financial support if you choose not to work with NYLXS.
