Don't you mean 'relevant' ? As long as you are actually INVERTING the logical sense of your sentences, it's really hard to understand you.

The class wasn't RUN by NYLXS? What does NYLXS usually do to 'run' any of its classes? If NYLXS performs some special action to 'run' its classes, was NYLXS denied the opportunity to perform that action for this class?
It was advertised as an NYLXS class. NYLXS schedules the first class. Students meet teacher due to NYLXS scheduling the time and place. How is this not an NYLXS class?
