SUBJECT | RE: [hangout] Schedule flyer for LaGuardia Demo
|
Vin,
Good observation. I checked the link. I will talk to LaGuardia to change the title of the event from "Linux Presentation" to "Free Software Business Demo". That is the current title of the event at http://www.nylxs.com/events/laguardia102.html. I will also make sure that they put there appropriate content about the event and a link to http://www.nylxs.com/events/laguardia102.html.
I will have to check with Larry Muller if he would like to have his email listed anywhere for contacting him regarding the demo. Don't publicize his email address until he gets back to me with a confirmation.

Whomever the contact person is at LaGuardia, can you contact this person, L Muller, he is listed as the person to contact for their calendar on their web site. Try and get the information from the flyers onto the calendar. The information their is non-existent.
Calendar:http://www.lagcc.cuny.edu/events/ (click on Oct 23rd) Contact: lmuller-at-lagcc.cuny.edu
If the email is rejected, you'll have to go the above page and use the form there to send it. Then you'll have to give a hyperlink to the flyers instead of sending as attachments.
Vin.
