I spoke with Joe Maffia last night. He updated me on the dialogue he has
established with Brett over the last two days. I then followed up with a phone
call to Brett. It was a brief introductory one and we agreed to talk today
when both of us had more time to focus on the issues at hand.
At this time, please let's not rush off into hearings and concluding a verdict
until I've had a chance to meet/talk with Brett and see what kind of agreement
can be made and bring this back to the GROUP.
I am confident we will be able to reach a solution which will serve all
parties well.
I'll post an update later this afternoon or early this evening after my
conversation with Brett.
