I'll be contacting numerous media outlets, now that a flyer is available I'll also be following up on some of the industry contacts I did last week. As I contact each one, I will post to hangout so that two people do not contact the same media outlet. Everyone else please do the same.

Don't count on me this time for moving. Physical work for me is out. But, if anyone needs, I have plenty of 14" monitors available, and possibly a couple of 15" monitors. I need to know within the next few days if anyone needs them, as I have to test them to see if they work OK. I can't deliver them. They have to be picked up in Flushing Queens if you need them. I suggest not picking them up at the last minute, I need to have someone else on site to open the door, and have to schedule it with them.
Since I am offering monitors and they are small, I have a dual monitor card that I can loan for the demo, if that would help. I do have to pull it from a running server, but I was going to do that at a later date anyway. It is the G450 or G550 model, I forget the manufacturer. I can pull it next Monday night, I suggest if you need it and monitors, pick everything up Monday night. > > We need greeters in the main room to have people sign in. > > We need NYLXS Buttons and literature about the new Free Software Chamber of > Commerce and Business Network. > > We need to get the event listed with the Online publishers. I'm going to do what I can, and will post to hangout as I make each contact. . > > > This event is very high profile. People come away from this is very > lasting impressions. Mike will be recording many of the events on tape or > later distribution. This is your chance to make a broad impact.
