SUBJECT | Re: [hangout] demo publicity
|
Some of the sources where I am sending announcement to are non-profit oriented only. I'll do what I can.
What will help me with promoting this is
1. web page I saw Cassandra's page on demo. This is good. Can we mirror it temporarily to NYLXS site, and then replace it with whatever at a later time, but at the same link (don't break the link), such as www.nylxs.com/newdemo.html or something similar/easy?
2. Put a link on bottom of www.nylxs.com index page referring to the demo to the demo page
3. A flyer in preferably pdf format at any other link. A ps format link can be made later. The flyer at this time can only contain text describing demo. It can contain graphics and directions or anything else later, as long as link does not change.
4. A contact person with a) name, b)phone number, c) email address This is something I refuse to provide for reasons some of you already know, and something that is needed for television/radio. I'll provide immediate info if I use it, with details.
I'm going offline right now. If you need to contact me, Marco, Seth, Jay, Paul, Brett and a few other people have my cell phone/direct connect number. Don't post my number on list. Thank you.
Vin.
