NYC Training Grant
The New York City Economic Development Corporation (EDC) requests applications for the NYC Training Grant program. This new program provides cash subsidies to businesses that want to train new and current employees, and is available to all New York City-based businesses that meet basic eligibility criteria.
Qualified New York City businesses will be partially reimbursed for costs associated with employer-sponsored training programs. Businesses must propose employee-training programs that enhance work force skills and address business needs.
All participating businesses must adhere to certain federal, state, and local regulations, as well as satisfy all eligibility requirements. Applications will be reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis, and will be ranked according to specific economic development criteria.
