SUBJECT | Subject: [hangout] Re: FCC Broadcast Flag Meeting Tomorrow
|
Well it turns out that since they will not be talking to the public and I too have code to deliver tomorrow I will listen to the real audio feed make notes and send comments.
I have been through other FCC things and when they send out a request for comments you must send the FCC 13 copies of your comments or they will not be entertained. Basicly they want you to send one for each commisioner and the commissioner's pet skunk.
There are 2 rounds of comments. The first is an open forum type of comment period. The second is what is called response comments. In the response comment period you can only respond to comments from the first period. It will be improtant to do good initial comments and also followup with proper response comments. To do propper response comments we will of course need to get copies of all comments and read them. This is a job that will have to be shared out so we do not each need to read and respond to every comment. A meeting will be in order to divide up the work.
