I've tried very hard to keep things consistant to give the organization a feeling of history and stability.
I've targeted downtown Brooklyn and Downtown Manhattan intentionally, to distinguish us as an organization which in which NY means MORE than Midtown. And I expect that we will continue in that tradition.
Socializing is also something I feel we need for commradery. It's not an interference, it is PART OF THE MISSION.
