Can we talk on the phone for a bit to cordinate the production of
leaflets/signs etc.?
This type of thing is sometimes best done over the phone.

I'm in DC and ready and willing to make signs, leaflets etc.
Also, I'd love to talk with Eric. Maybe I can help him with
something.
I spoke with Eric in DC just now.
He does media and communications as his job.
He would like to give a media advisory to a set of 15 or so
media contacts in the National Press Club Building, right
nearby, that morning.
He also recommended setting up a timetable.
I've come up with the following:
10:00 am -- Meet DC Contingent at Corner Bakery, which is in
the National Press Club building
10:30 am -- Media advisory run led by Eric. If the NY
Contingent arrives late, he would be equipped to produce 20
copies and do the distro himself.
12:00 pm - 1:30 pm (lunch time; the area is not heavy
traffic otherwise) -- leafletting on the two corners.
We should look at Room 4830, the workshop room, by 11:00, if
only to assure ourselves that there's no stampede that might
keep us from getting in.
