Regarding Linuxworld. Will NYLXS have a booth there? When will we find this out? This is something we should have a web site page for. Last year, there were one or several organizations that gave out codes for free passes. If this does not cost anything, we should do this as well. It will get us press in publications (like it did to the other organization that gave out the free passes/codes), and it will get us much needed traffic on the web site. Also, the more that we get people to come to the web site, associate NYLXS with Linuxworld and Linux in general, the more that they will feel some association with the organization. Someone goes to NYLXS to get the free codes/passes, should also see links/blurbs on upcoming installfests, in service meetings, demos, etc. It will give them a further reason to get involved, see what Linux is all about, etc.
The links/blurbs on the various events should be right on the same page that they will get the free passes/codes for Linuxworld.
Vincenzo.
