i was checking the nylxs site for an email address for FSI info and questions - didnt find one so i asking you.
I am checking out different places, looking for classes to take and i wanted to know a couple of things about FSI
i am registered with the Workforce1 program(WIA - workforce investment act of 98) and will recieve a grant ranging from $2000 to $5000 to use for the training of my choice, provided the school is approved by the New York State Department of Labor Workforce Development. which brings me to my questions, -is FSI on the approved list? -if not do they plan to be? -and besides FSI`s june to august classes when does the next session of classes start?
if you are not familiar with the WIA program here are some links for more info:
-WIA site http://www.nyc.gov/html/wia/
-How to become one of the training providers http://www.nyc.gov/html/wia/html/trainingprovider.html
-The list of eligible trainers http://www.nyc.gov/html/wia/html/elgproviders.html
thanks for your time,
