I have just received the confirmation from CUNY. We have Segal Theatre,
accommodates easily around 50 people, at our disposal on Friday May 24,
10:00 AM - 5:00 PM. We can come before that and check the room. What would
be a good day to do the run-through?
We have also received all the equipment we asked for. 6 flip-board tables,
one for each presenter, one projector and Internet connection.
We need also to give CUNY promotional material of the event. Something that
they can use to promote the event internally. Do we have anything ready?
