Cable, has a web page, located here, www.ny1.com
They transmit 24 Hours on cable. The cable news program regularly lists
community events in between news segments. On their web page, they have
an email address for submission of "Community Calendar" events. The
email and instructions can be found here:

Their directions:
To submit a Community Calendar event, e-mail your listing to
ny1calendar-at-ny1.com
Please limit information to name of sponsoring organization, name of
event, event location, and event date and time.
