The following space is available in Woodside Queens:
One room, 12 1/2 x 15 1/2 for $600 per month
2nd room, in addition to first room, 10 1/2 x 16' for $1000 per month
(both rooms).
Availability is 6-10 pm Mon-Fri.
Availability will be on a trial basis, owner will commit to 2-3 months,
and if satisfied, will go long term.
Note the following: This is located in a working laboratory, and I do
business with this laboratory. I know the owner, and the laboratory is
not open normally 6-10 pm at the beginning of the week. Therefore, I am
commiting to closing the laboratory for one or more nights of the week.
The linux 2 class that I will be starting in the next week or two, and
subsequent classes in the sequence must be moved to this location for me
to be able to make this commitment.
DSL connectivity will be made available if NYLXS commits to space.
Building has central air conditioning.
Location is 57th St. and 37 Ave.
Transportation: 7 train to 61 St. Woodside stop, 5 minute walk
G or R train to Northern Blvd. stop, 5 minute walk.
LIRR to Woodside Station, 5 minute walk.
Plenty of parking available in front of office after 4 pm.
