my experience with sitting through 20 minute demos of evolution and star/open office is that 20 minutes is too long.
the features of open office are: it's a word processor - open program, load template, load sample file, load ms-format file write file to different format it's a spreadsheet ditto it's a presentation manager ditto and look how flexible: take a quick walk through the options and configuration screens show them the address book show them the drawing module
