Hello, Evan.
I hope you are doing well.
I am trying to find out from everyone involved with the CUNY demo what
work they will be in charge of, what progress they've made, and what
help they need.
Could you please send me the contact info of anyone you know is
involved, if they are not persons already on hangout.
Also, were you planning on demonstrating a particular technology
yourself?
What I would like to do over the next week, is make sure we have a
person for each technology, check out the space to get an idea of
layout, do at least one dry run, and work out advertising. We are going
to need to make flyers, and organize a group of people to visit small
businesses throughout the week. I will also put a call out for
volunteers. In addition to people to showcase the technology, I would
like a small rotating cadre of knowledgeable individuals to walk around
and talk to people, look out for the show.
