This is really bothering me...
It's now nearly 6PM and nearly every member of this organization is squireled away, working hard, and have been doing so for several days, trying to put together the CUNY Expo to show off Free Software to the public in a support of the Free Software Community, to help generate business and revenue for all the members of the community. We do this without pay, and for the prinicples of freedom and the resulting prosperity which naturaly grows when individuals are enabled through Free Software, GNU/Linux and even BSD, or any other free computing systems of the future which can help human beings unlock their potential, and to grow and become everything they can become in the future.
Kevin Millani is a personal friend, and dedicated member of NYLXS, who has made numerous efforts in promoting NYLXS's agenda in creating a freer society in the future, through Free Software. He's worked to promote GNU/Linux in the government and in other venues, and as a member of NYLXS, Kevin is NEVER alone in any project which he would try to promote with Free Software.
Kevin, is a member of the Team.
And this is organization, now nearly 5 months old, is a GREAT team...and WE can do ANYTHING. And as an organization, we are part of a more extended Team which includes Richard Stallman, Andrew Tridgell, Don Marti, Nick Moffit, Monty Widus, Larry Wall, Linux Trovalds, Alan Cox, Rick Moen, Vaugn Scott, Bret Wynkoop, Jay Schulzburg, and even Ron Guerin.... among hundreds of other wonderful, giving and committed "zeolots'. One of the reasons why our junior members can bring a Free Software solution to business, and the single best reason to use Free Software in Business, and education, and home use, and in Government, is because the FREEDOM of Free software gives the business, not just the efforts of a SINGLE consultant, or even a single company, but the WHOLE TEAM stands behind every installation, every project, and every development within the community.
It is the NON-NEGOTIABLE POLICY of NYLXS, and I'm speaking as president, that anyone, regardless of their individual experience or talent, can suggest a free software product to any organization, and THIS organization will stand behind that individual with education, training, consultation, marketing, and help, to the absolute utmost of our collective ability.
WE ARE NYLXS
and WE ARE DO'ERS
