| SUBJECT | Subject: [hangout] Problem with my schedule tomorrow

Friends,
A bit of a situation has developed that might affect my timing for tomorrow.
My younger daughter had to be brought to the hospital today for acute
abdominal pain and it turns out that she may need to have emergency surgery
tonight. The diagnostic procedure that precedes the surgery can also solve
the problem and obviate the need for surgery. If that's the case my wife and
daughter will be home later tonight and I'll just be at CUNY a bit later
than I would have preferred and will have to leave a bit earlier than I
would have preferred. Even if she requires surgery and everything goes well
I would be able to come in for my demo spot but would need to find
arrangements for my older daughter in the morning, making me get there even
later and leave even earlier. Like everyone else I've put a lot into
preparing for tomorrow and my wife is committed to my participation, even in
these circumstances. I'll keep you posted on what happens.
