After a phone conversation to Ruben this morning we are trying to shift the
demo to
Friday May 24 at 10:00 AM. I am waiting now on the confirmation now. As soon
as I have it I will let you know.
CUNY will provide us with the projector, the Internet connection and
whiteboard. We have to take care ourselves for the tables. We might get one
or two from CUNY.
Do we have a flyer for the event? Could we draft something? The sooner we
have it the better. CUNY would send it out to CUNY Faculty and students
informing them about the event.
