How can they claim that user familiarity is the problem when their users don't even have computers? Or else the computers are so old that any significant upgrade would require retraining anyway.
Besides if they don't have money to make anything happen, how can they afford to pay for Microsoft licenses?
Is there another way to get these guys to see the light? I will go there in person to see if I can have a face to face with someone. I can do that as early as Wednesday next week.
