NYLXS is sponsoring the New Yorkers for Fair Use trip to Washington DC
to speak with Representitives of Congressman Weiners Office on Capital
Hill. Weiners district was targeted by NY Fair USe over the summer to
raise awareness of Fair USe issues in the IT industry and throughout
Society. We also hope to press for more free software in the
government. So join us for this important trip.
The trip to Washington D.C. is set for Tuesday, February 19th. We need to
arrive around 1 PM so we will probably depart around 9 AM. We need to
know who is going, so that we may rent an appropriate vehicle. Please
