the folks who make my Picture Book VIAIO pre-installed, is willing to cut NYLXS
memebers a deal for these machines at 2K a piece if we want 5 of them.
These are completely preinstalled systems. To me, what makes this company
special is that Lincon, the gentleman who owns this company, gives 100% tech
support. I had a new D-Link PMCIA card I couldn't get working, he brought me
through the process of getting it up, despite the fact that it's not supported
by him. He fixed my X configuration so that it works with Large Screens, the
video stuff all works, and he upgrades the system constantly.
So - I make no money off of this, (as usual), but if your wealthy and in the
market,
let me know by end of the month, so we can order them all together. It's only
a moderate savings, but it gives me a chance to cheer for someone who REALLY
supports Linux.
