LinuxWorld is fast approaching and we still have a lot of work to do.
I need each committee chair to send me the write up on his/her
respective committee for the brochure. I need this by Tomorrow at 5:00pm.
Even If you have posted yours to the list already I would like you to send
it again to me personally, with the subject line, "
Write-Up".
We still need volunteers for the booth. Anyone who is interested
in staffing the booth, should go to http://nylxs.unilug.org/ and sign up
or email me (joeg-at-nylxs.com). Be sure to include in the email, your name,
times of availability, and your phone number.
We also need to figure out what we're doing about a poster and buttons. We
need to come to a decision about designs, etc. We need to have a
meeting to settle this very soon, I was thinking this Thursday at 6:30 at
the Killarny Rose. Anybody who wants to help out with the poster, buttons
or the brochure needs to come this meeting. If this is a bad time, send an
email and we'll work something out.
