Hello
I'm forwarding this to the list because I want people to be aware of the potential danger of engaging someone like Dana, both in flame and in discussion. This individual seems to be possibly unstable, and destructive to himself and others.
This underscores that real people are on the end of mail, and that not everyone is normal, or stable. Large numbers of people are potentially bipolar, depressed, schizophrenic or suffer from a number of other ailments.
I feel bad now that I didn't act sooner to calm the exchanges here because I think they may have agrevated some of Dana's existing pcycosises. More so since I should have seen this coming. Tracking down obscure messages on the archive in order to do harm is not normal.
Just food for thought the next time a little chaos breaks out on the list.
BTW - This message will not be archived.
Ruben

Thanks for writing me. I will contact Michael although it might be fun and efficient to get a group of people together for a discussion about the partiuclar NY free software scene with folks like Reuben, Michael, and yourself.
I am unfortunately really limited with my time (I used to live in NYC for five years and am visiting for the first time in 4!) so I would love to meet as many people as once as possible. Perhaps you can forward this message to Michael.
Best, Biella
