| SUBJECT | Subject: [hangout] Last Perl Class - Thanks for the good times

With the last Perl Class of this cycle taking place on Wednesday Night, I
want to take the time to thank everyone for helping me get this up off the
ground, and for participating. I can not say enough about the quality of
the students, and I'm very pleased to feel that today I have many new
friend because of this class.
I want to personally thank, for the entire organization, our Treasurer,
Joe Maffia, and his partner, David Rosensweig, who had made their
conference room available for our use, and for all the other wonderful
help they have given us including helop with security, coffee, and just
putting up with us.
I would also like to thank Juan Gonzales for his help in setting up
classes, and Tcliff, and Stuart for helping with security and such.
Everyone lives up to the NYLXS motto of 'We are doers".
After this hard autumn, I wish everyone a happy New Year, and better
days ahead.
