SUBJECT | Subject: [hangout] NYLXS Introduction
|
Dear Richard:
I'd like to introduce your members to our newly forming group called NYLXS - The New York Linux Users Scene. The purpose of forming NYLXS is to provide future years of leadership to the growing Free Software movement in NYC. We consider education a major tool for accomplishing this mission. We are organizing the Free Software Institute to help form tomorrows leaders today, and we are forming committees to help move Free Software into Design, Office Desktops, and Backend Server environments. We are developing a Corporate training program and programming workshops.
We hope that your members will be interested in the development of NYLXS, and will use our services to make for a more profitable and usable future for Free Software.
Ruben Safir President NYLXS
