Netscape, prior to today's Mozilla code had _the worst_ CSS support short of having none at all.
If you want to be Netscape 3.x,4.x compatible, you can't use style sheets. Personally, I make no attempt to be Netscape compatible anymore. I spend that energy advising a Gecko-based browser be used.
It is important that the site be thoroughly tested in Lynx. There will be a much higher percentage than the usual average that visits nylxs.com via Lynx. I just checked the link http://www.nylxs.com/liz.html quickly, and it seemed ok, but I didn't look closely, since I'm on my way out again to my next appointment.
