That's a big issue and we are not going to duck it. I fully expect this to be a dues paying organization with a number of money raising events. No organization/fraternity/corperation of any import to it's membership can do anything without clear understanding of membership, financing and organzation.

We might what to do that at some point. The question is why would we want to, or why would we NOT want to. But the charter should be prepared in such a way to make this choice easy.
