i grant you that it is a question if he said such things, or if he said them under duress.
This is fair to HIM.
But the point that mainsteam Muslim leaders publish these statements and use them for propaganda, is another issue, ....to be fair.
If he is under duress, kidknapped, or being taken advantage of, my prayers are with him and his family. As for the retoric and the what it represents in the Arab world, there is little or no substaniated evidice to show a mainstream Muslim ideology in these countries TODAY which is not extreamist, repressive, anti-semitic, and dangerous.
I'm awaiting evidence that Democratic elections in any of these countries would resolve in a non-fundementalist, liberal government, with civil rights and dedication to the political process and protection of minorities.....let alone that they want to KILL US ALL, declared war on us, use the proticols of Zion, and collapsed the WTC.
