In a perfect world, we'd be able to use a simple contact management program (like Palm Desktop) to manage the data and export it to the db to allow web searches and so on.
Anyway, my googles have been overwhelming - apparently you can do anything with MySQL - which is the problem. I don't want to do ANYTHING I want to to THIS SPECIFIC THING.
Oh, we can't use Microsoft Products, BTW.
